About You
We are seeking a result-driven Sales Account Director to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will manage key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and oversee the delivery of integrated content marketing and event solutions. This role requires a commercially minded professional with strong client account management experience in a digital marketing or PR agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos aligned with project briefs and brand guidelines
- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, serving as the primary strategic point of contact.
- Drive new business development through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Develop and present winning proposals, pitches, and presentations for content marketing and event planning solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, creative, digital, events, and operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Oversee account strategy, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure profitability and quality delivery.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, PR, content, and events to inform client strategy and innovation.
- Mentor and support account managers/executives, ensuring best practices in client service and account growth.
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on account health and revenue targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in client account management within a Digital Marketing or PR Agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, digital campaigns, brand communications, and event planning.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
