Job Description
- We are seeking a highly versatile and delivery-focused professional with strong IT, management consulting, and transformation experience to support complex initiatives spanning technology, policy, governance, and change management.
- The role requires an individual who is analytical, structured, highly proficient in documentation and presentations, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders while coordinating cross-functional delivery teams.
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning, structuring, executing, and reporting on strategic and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Consulting & Advisory:
- Support the development of business and technology strategies, transformation roadmaps, and operating models
- Translate business objectives in to clear delivery plans, policies, procedures, and governance artefacts
- Provide structured problem-solving support using consulting methodologies and frameworks
Policy, Process & Documentation:
- Develop and maintain:
- Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process maps
- Risk, issue, dependency, and decision registers
- Business cases, concept notes, and implementation plans
- Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory, audit, and governance requirements
Project & Delivery Coordination:
- Coordinate multi-workstream initiatives across IT, business, compliance, and external vendors
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies using Jira, Confluence, and MS Project or equivalent tools
- Support Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models as required
Stakeholder & Management Reporting
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior management, boards, regulators, and external partners
- Produce clear, concise weekly and monthly status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder reviews
Change Management & Adoption:
- Support change impact assessments and stakeholder readiness analysis
- Assist with communication plans, training materials, and adoption tracking
- Ensure smooth transition from implementation to business-as-usual operations
Required Skills & Experience
Core Experience:
- 3+ years experience in:
- Management consulting, IT consulting, or enterprise transformation
- Technology-enabled projects or digital transformation programmes
- Proven experience working across business, technology, and governance domains
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft PowerPoint(executive-level storytelling and visualisation)
- Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong experience with:
- Jira and Confluence for delivery tracking and documentation
- Proposal writing, RFP responses, and client presentations
- Solid understanding of:
- IT systems, digital platforms, APIs, and enterprise architecture (high-level)
- Risk management, controls, and compliance environments
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation ability
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-driven
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Desirable / Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in financial services, public sector, or regulated environments
- Exposure to policy development, regulatory frameworks, or governance programmes
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG)
- Agile / Scrum / PMP / Prince2 certification.
