Job Description

As a Savings & Loans Officer, you will be responsible for mobilizing savings, managing loan activities, and building strong relationships with clients within assigned communities.

Key Responsibilities

Mobilize daily, weekly, and monthly savings from clients in the field
Identify, onboard, and manage new members/customers
Educate clients on MiCash savings, loan, food bundle, and other financial products
Monitor loan disbursement, repayment, and recovery
Conduct field visits and follow up on customers regularly
Maintain accurate records of savings and loan transactions
Submit daily and weekly activity reports
Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
Work closely with the Administrative Officer / Operations Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of SSCE / OND / NCE (Higher qualifications are an advantage)
Experience in microfinance, cooperative, POS, sales, marketing, or field operations is an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in the field and meet targets
Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy
Basic knowledge of smartphone usage (WhatsApp, data entry, etc.)
Must reside within or close to the assigned work area.
