Job Opportunity: Bookkeeper Position at TSHIKUTA PROPERTIES INVESTMENTS PTY LTD We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. Company Name: TSHIKUTA PROPERTIES INVESTMENTS PTY LTD Industry: Property/Law Firm (as per experience requirements) Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company. Recording, reconciling, and verifying all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards. Processing payments, invoices, and receipts efficiently and accurately. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, statutory obligations, and company policies. Managing and reconciling general ledger accounts. Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure operational sustainability. Providing audit support by preparing and submitting required documentation. Requirements & Qualifications: - To be considered for this role, you must have: - A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification. - A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a Property or Law Firm environment. - Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record management. - Demonstrated people management and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of tax and statutory compliance requirements. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
